My comprehensive training has given me specialised techniques for working with sub-fertile couples and adapting reflexology during the maternity and parenthood journey.

Having experienced personally how reflexology can reduce stress and assist in the management of anxiety that sub-fertility can bring, I have a special interest in helping others in this area.   I also enjoy relaxing expectant mothers and am trained in adapting reflexology throughout the various stages of pregnancy.

Treatments can be tailored to support clients who are trying to conceive or supporting clients throughout pregnancy and post-natally.  Clients may also choose to use reflexology to ease a range of conditions related to reproductive health and pregnancy.

In addition to this, I have recently embarked on a journey to take my learning of fertility enhancement to an even higher level, becoming a Student Member of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists.

Reproductive Reflexology can be used as a stand-alone treatment to enhance your natural fertility or with all forms of assisted conception including Clomid, IUI, IVF and ICSI.  It can also be used to support individuals and couples using surrogacy or donors in IVF cycles.

Members of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists are specially trained, using structured and prescriptive treatment protocols, to support couples through all phases of their assisted conception programme.
